Last Updated: January 3, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MackInsured's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with MackInsured and establish the legal framework for all interactions, transactions, and use of our home insurance products and services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.

Insurance Policy Terms

All insurance policies issued by MackInsured are subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined in your policy documents. The information provided on our website serves as general guidance and does not constitute a complete description of coverage.

Your actual coverage, premiums, deductibles, and policy terms will be detailed in your individual policy contract. In the event of any conflict between website content and your policy documents, the policy documents shall prevail.

Eligibility and Application

To purchase insurance through MackInsured, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application process.

Misrepresentation or omission of material facts during application may result in policy cancellation or denial of claims. We reserve the right to verify all information provided and to decline coverage based on underwriting criteria.

Premium Payments

Insurance premiums must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your policy. Failure to make timely payments may result in policy cancellation. We offer various payment methods and plans to accommodate your needs.

All premium amounts are subject to change based on factors including but not limited to coverage modifications, property changes, claims history, and regulatory requirements. You will be notified in advance of any premium adjustments.

Claims Process

Claims must be reported promptly following a covered loss. You are required to cooperate fully with our claims investigation and provide all requested documentation. Our claims team will process most claims within 48 to 72 hours of receiving complete information.

Payment of claims is subject to policy terms, coverage limits, deductibles, and verification of the loss. We reserve the right to investigate all claims and to deny claims that do not meet policy requirements or involve fraud.

Policy Cancellation

Either party may cancel the insurance policy according to the terms specified in your policy documents. Cancellation by the policyholder may result in a refund of unearned premium according to our standard refund calculation method.

MackInsured may cancel policies for reasons including but not limited to nonpayment of premium, material misrepresentation, fraud, or substantial change in risk. Notice of cancellation will be provided according to applicable legal requirements.
